Communication needs to be better

I love all the dentists and hygienists I've met at this office, but the front desk girl with long nails is crazy rude (Natalie?). I had to call like 10 times to get them to send a form to my insurance, and she would always act irritated like I was the one being inconvenient.

Last month I visited Rancho Cordova Smiles. I had always taken good care of my teeth, but Covid really did me in. My mouth was a mess. I needed extensive work and they did a thorough and professional job. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to my grandmother. Dr. Pinky and her supporting staff were outstanding.
